We will accept items for exchange or credit within 21 days of purchase. Item must be returned in new and resaleable condition. Sale items are non-returnable. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit by email. We can not refund shipping charges on returned items.

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

4. Email the order and style number back to us to receive a Return Authorization Number.
No returns without a Kerry MacBride generated RA number will be accepted.

Please include a copy of your Return Authorization inside the package and make sure the RA# is written clearly on the outside of the package. A Return Authorization must be obtained BEFORE returning any items.
For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. We cannot responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

We offers shipping via UPS. Please note that UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. The following charges apply to packages shipped in the United States. We ship over seas and to Canada. Shipping rates are calculated after you have added items to your cart and filled in the shipping address information. We only ship UPS Worldwide Express for all orders outside of the United States.

We will repair any design purchased through kerrymacbride.com. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please email repairs@kerrymacbride.com and request a Repair Work Order (RWO) number. ** We try to respond to all requests in a timely manner. If you do not receive a response please check your “junk mail” folder!

To return an item for repair, please follow these simple steps:

1. Obtain a Repair Work Order (RWO) number via email at repairs@kerrymacbride.com. We will not accept packages without an RWO number.
2. If your item is less than 1 year old, please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. Otherwise, be sure to have your Credit Card handy for repair charges.
